Trade Account Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all customers approved for a trade account with Lynne Kelly Interiors (“we”, “our”, “us”). By applying for and using a trade account, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility

• Trade accounts are available to interior designers, stylists, retailers, and other approved professionals.

• Applications are subject to approval at our sole discretion.
   

2. Trade Discount

• Approved trade customers will receive 20% discount on eligible products.

• The discount applies to full-priced items only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, sale, or discount code unless otherwise stated.

• The discount is for the approved account holder’s business use only and may not be shared with third parties.

3. Orders & Payment

• All orders must be placed via our website using your approved trade account.

• Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Delivery

• Standard delivery terms and charges apply to all trade orders unless otherwise agreed.

• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

5. Returns & Cancellations

• Trade orders are subject to our standard returns policy.

• Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.
   

6. Misuse of Account

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a trade account if it is misused, including but not limited to:

  • Sharing discount codes publicly.

  • Purchasing for personal use rather than business purposes.

  • Reselling products without prior agreement.

7. Changes to Terms

• We may amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website and apply immediately to all trade accounts.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
